Commissioned by John Sisk & Son, this commercial project commenced in 2019 and involves the use of concrete, blocks and stone in the construction of an exciting and innovative city centre campus that will provide an attractive, sustainable working environment. The first of its kind in Galway city, the location, design and specifications of Bonham Quay allow future occupants to work within an exciting and innovative city centre community that brings together the well-educated and highly skilled workforce that thrive in this area. The 34,405 square metres of office space can accommodate 2,600 people alongside 92% green space public realms. To date, Coshla has supplied the project with 11,700 cubic metres of concrete, 4,500 tonne of stone and 8,840 blocks.
